Feeding and Support
There are no feed stations on the course, but it is only about 7 km long - that's about 30-60 minutes ride time - so you shouldn't need it. You can stop and refuel at the Start / Finish - hang out as long as you want. Because this is a fun event we will allow riders to provide minor assistance to each other on course - if you have a flat another rider is allowed to give you a tube or aid. But don't count on it! Some people will be in a hurry. Carry your own flat kit or you might be walking.The course is about 8.5 km. The race will be run in the counter-clockwise direction. It suits a wide range of abilities. If you are have never done a mountain bike event before there are a couple of sections (uphill and down) that you may want to walk, but the course as a whole is fun singletrack and dual track, not extreme climbs or descents. A loop of the track generally takes 25 - 40 minutes, depending on ability and fitness.
